Items under 100 lbs will generally be shipped via UPS ground or Fed Ex ground.

Shipping is only available to the lower contiguous 48 United States.

Larger items and heavy items will ship via freight truck. Standard freight delivery is "Curbside Delivery". Curbside Delivery means that the customer is responsible for getting the item from the delivery truck into their home or business. Requests for "Lift-gate" and "Inside Delivery" may require an additional charges that will be billed separately.

Motion Fitness is not responsible for loss or damage by the shipper. Motion Fitness will work with the shipping company to file claim on your behalf.

All orders MUST be shipped to the billing address for the credit card used.
