Description

Simple yet ingenious, the Python Striker is a state-of-the-art tool for maximizing the benefits of shadow boxing and grappling drills. With no external body attachments, the Python Striker allows you to “train while you play”. The Python Striker provides resistance to the hands and feet, which allows fighters to engage in any type of activity-from shadow boxing to takedowns and other grappling drills, or throwing medicine balls. The Python Striker builds strength and quickness in the hips, arms, and legs.

How It Works: Before putting on the belt or cuffs, attach the two shorter arm Slastix through the top loops on the back of the waist belt. Next, attach the shorter Slastix to the D-rings of the left and right wrist cuffs. Next, attach the longer Slastix from the lower loops of the belt to the D-rings on the ankle straps. After all four Slastix bands are attached from the belt to the hand and foot cuffs, put the belt on so that it fits securely around your waist. Next, put on the foot cuffs by slipping the orange strap underneath the heel and fastening the black strap comfortably around the ankle. Last, put on the handcuffs.

(Note: It is recommended to wear a shirt while training).
