As the name suggests, Stroops Chain Killers eliminate the need for chains in weightlifting by removing all of the drawbacks while delivering all the benefits…and then some. Like chains, our Chain Killers provide a gradual increase in resistance during squats and bench presses, the two most popular lifts in weight training. And because Chain Killers utilize Slastix technology, athletes experience a safer, smoother range of motion throughout the bench press or squat, as well as a higher resistance capacity than even the heaviest chains.
