Similar in design to our lightweight, portable fixed rung ladder, our plastic flat rung ladder features adjustable rungs, which allow athletes to perform drills with a variety of stride lengths. With the ability to adjust each rung, trainers have a tool that will challenge even elite athletes to increase foot speed and accuracy, making them quicker to respond as they adjust their footing on the court or field.
