Made of fully welded solid steel, our Deluxe Plyometric Boxes feature a larger-than-standard square sheet-metal surface topped with 3/8-inch thick recycled non-slip rubber, which makes them stable and large enough to allow for more dynamic training possibilities. (No assembly required.)

The ideal tool for plyometric conditioning such as depth jumps, single-leg squats, and continuous jumps, our stackable Deluxe Plyometric Boxes can be used to perfect your lateral movements and refine your stance, promoting greater agility and explosive power. How It Works: Place the plyoboxes on an even surfac (inside or outside). To build explosive leg strength from any angle, begin jumping on and off the box, or perform plyometric exercises such as step-ups, single leg squats, or repetitive over-the-box jumps. Using multiple boxes, line them up for longer jump or chain-exercise rills.
