Description

We created our rubber barefoot ladder to help athletes maximize the neurological aspect of agility training. When an athlete’s bare foot connects with the rubber surface, her brain stores that sensory information and fine-tunes her body’s response. The ladder’s 1/8-inch thick, dual-sided nonslip surface reduces the risk of injury, and is easy to set up, transport and store. Includes one 15-foot, ten-rung Barefoot Ladder and spring clip for storage.
