And unlike the flat-surface slideboard, Stroops ergonomically engineered slideboards features slightly curved edges, which conform to the foot’s natural side-to-side motions. In addition, the length can be adjusted, which multiplies the number of muscle groups and conditioning benefits a slideboard provides. Made in America of extremely durable plastic, our Slideboard includes one slideboard, two side bumpers and shoe covers.
