Nebula is an interactive wall of light that guarantees hours of fun, exercise and magical experiences for both young and old. Experience how the thousands of LED lights in Nebula react to touch. Move about and play with the light effects you create. We have applied the latest technologies to create unforgettable experiences aimed to stimulate your senses - visual as well as aural and tactile. Nebula offers a wide range of activities encompassing drawing, playing games and practising motor skills. Nebula can be fully integrated within the space it is used, floor and ceiling representing its only limits. Despite its size, Nebula can be as unobtrusive or eye-catching as you want it to be. Nebula will allow you to bring any space to life!

Where to use?
In schools, nurseries and child care facilities Nebula can be used as a challenging part of the interior as well as of the educational programme. Use Nebula in health care facilities to create a relaxed and cosy atmosphere or as a tool to support professionals from the medical sector. In public places such as shopping centres, Nebula can be used to bring people closer together and reinforce social cohesion or even to draw attention to a specific brand or product. Use Nebula at special events, in theme parks or theatres to relay images and messages in an eye-catching and innovative way. Nebula will turn queues and waiting areas into places where people love to linger. In short, Nebula is highly adaptable and can be made to suit nearly any requirement. All components and materials have been selected with care and meet the current norms and regulations as applicable in The Netherlands.

1. The dimensions of the finished product and the print will be decided by mutual agreement; Nebula is made to measure, depending on the area of the building it will be installed in;
2. The interactive part, which will consist among other things of LED & sensor (touch) technology, will measure 2100 mm by 4500 mm (though it can be extended up to 7200 mm, if required);
3. The modular system, equipped with a backing structure and safety glass, is made to measure, delivered and installed on site;
4. The NYOYN operating system;
5. The Nebula hardware & software;
6. 10 game options issued upon completion;
7. A 2-year product warranty.

The games
Nebula offers a wide variety of game options, all of which fit in well with education, health care and leisure. Consider e.g. games with a clear educational purpose or games specifically designed to support therapy sessions. And then there are the games that are just meant to be fun, games that stimulate social interaction or physical exercise. In cooperation with the target group the offer will continue to expand.

Game selection
Each game has its own card showing an image depicting the game. One selects a game by putting that particular game card in the card reader. This method was designed specifically for the target group by NYOYN and has certainly proven its worth with the SoundSteps product. The concept is mentally and physically easy, making it convenient for both children and adults to select the game they wish to play. If, however, the environment requires a different operating method, e.g. in the case of public spaces, Nebula could be equipped with push buttons instead of game cards.

CE-norm
The electronics used in Nebula are fully CE-approved.

Thickness
Nebula is installed on an existing wall or partition. The finished product is only 13 centimetres thick. This means that, despite its size, Nebula does not take up a lot of space.

Self-supporting
Nebula has been designed in such a way that it is self-supporting, thus putting no pressure on the wall it is installed on or against.

Light and sensor technology
A standard-size Nebula contains approximately 7,000 multi-coloured LEDs and as many sensors. By linking each light to its own sensor, the Nebula wall knows exactly where it is being touched. Nebula can furthermore be touched in an infinite number of places, allowing many children to play on it at the same time.

Modular
Both the technical construction and the electronics follow a modular design. This allows us to adapt each Nebula to the available size of the location.

Integrated computer
At the heart of each Nebula, integrated in the wall, is a computer. This computer analyses the spots where Nebula is being touched and drives the games.

Wall-covering
Nebula's 'top coat' is a special 'anti-scratch' film which can be printed according to your wishes. It allows for easy cleaning, which is good for maintenance and hygiene. The film is specially selected for an optimal tactile experience.

Skirting board
At the bottom, Nebula is finished off by means of a 10 cm high plinth, allowing you to carry out any and all (daily) maintenance requirements.

Safety glass
All glass used in Nebula is toughened glass. Toughened glass is up to five times stronger than un-toughened glass of the same thickness. It also shatters into small pieces when it breaks, which makes it a lot safer. From a safety point of view, this is a major advantage.

Service cupboard
The card reader unit is installed on the outside. As mentioned above, the user selects a game by inserting a specific game card in the card reader. The cupboard also offers space for the unused game cards. Out of esthetical and safety considerations, the service cupboard is closed off by means of an invisible locking mechanism. This mechanism can be opened with a special key.
