POWER Punch Gloves are the newest training tool Circuit Training, Active Game Play, Exergames. They are modified MMA gloves that have a resistance mechanism attached directly to the glove to help increase punching power and speed. Traditional ways to increase punching power and speed limits the users's range of motion and are not effective. Power Punch Gloves can be used for hundreds of other conditioning exercises and the resistance attachment can easily be removed to use Power Punch Gloves in everyday MMA training.
POWER Punch Gloves have already proven to be a hit in health clubs for the group fitness classes, as well as with the personal trainers. Group exercise classes are ran like a cardio kickbox class with or without bags depending on the fitness center. Because POWER Punch Gloves are easily transferred from punching to various resistance exercises it makes them ideal for getting a full body workout with one piece of equipment. They are real MMA gloves so striking a bag or punch mitts with them is not a problem.

In addition to learning punches and kicks the kids can be taught general strengthening exercises with POWER Punch Gloves. This gives them confidence to go into a gym outside of school, whether it be a boxing gym or a fitness center, and they already have knowledge of what they are doing.
Power Punch Gloves offer an exercise DVD for the gloves, a full PE curriculum and we are accredited to give CEC's to personal trainers and group exercise instructors for taking our certification program on how to safely and effectively use POWER Punch Gloves.
